My daughter and I have ordered from this place a couple of times now and they go above and beyond for their customer service. We ordered a few things this past time and one of them was apparently not good to use with our particular specimens and not only did someone call and leave me a voicemail but they also put a note in with our delivery. Otherwise my daughter would have certainly ruined her moths. We will be using this site for all of our future insect needs!
