  1. Please confirm your name and address at checkout.
  2. Most items are shipped from our office in Saint James, Missouri same day or next after the payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays and time of purchase can change the shipping time.
  3. We ship insects USPS Priority mail.
  4. Do to shock we can not guarantee the antennae or legs.

Overnight Deliveries

Overnight shipping is available only on your own FedEx account number. If you need overnight delivery, you can set up a FedEx account here: FedEx account sign-up, then send us your account number with your order. Please be aware that FedEx overnight is very expensive. USPS Priority Mail is usually very reliable and is what we recommend.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with this item for any reason, just return it within 7 days and you could receive a complete refund of the item purchased. Just return the item undamaged, unopened and not removed from its packaging. We do not pay return shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to not refund any shipping charges associated with returned items.
